Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. You can also order by telephoning 01289 330480 between 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. We will take your order and payment, confirm delivery times and answer any queries We aim to despatch all items in stock within 2-3 days via Royal
Mail. Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days however we will
do our best to get your parcel with you as soon as possible. We have a no quibble guarantee. We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However if any item fails to meet with your approval then please let us know and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please check the parcel immediately upon receipt. We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
